Orders & Shipping

  1. How long does UK shipping take?
    Orders ship within 1–3 days. UK delivery takes 2–5 working days. You'll get a tracking email when dispatched.

  2. Do you offer free UK shipping?
    Yes! Free UK shipping on all orders over £50.

  3. Can I cancel or change my order?
    Contact us immediately at 📧 info@wexbridge-studio.com if we haven't processed it yet.

  4. Do you ship internationally?
    Currently UK only, but we're expanding soon!

Returns & Exchanges

  1. What's your return policy?
    Return unworn items with tags within 28 days. Sale items are final purchase.

  2. How do I return something?
    Email 📧 info@wexbridge-studio.com with your order number. We'll send instructions.

  3. Who pays for return postage?
    You cover return costs unless the item is faulty.

  4. Can I exchange sizes?
    Yes, if stock allows! Email us to arrange.

  1. How do I pick the right size?
    Check our size guides on each product page. Still unsure? Email us!

  2. Are your clothes sustainable?
    Absolutely. We use eco-friendly materials and ethical production.

  3. What if an item's out of stock?
    Sign up for restock alerts or email us for updates.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and Klarna.

  2. Can I stack discount codes?
    Only one code per order, sorry!
